Volunteers are needed in a variety of areas throughout the sale-- Inspection, Detagging, Organizing, Customer Care, Set-Up and Breakdown.  YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A CONSIGNOR TO VOLUNTEER!

Saturday, September 19th from 5:00pm-7:00pm

12 hour volunteer:  4:30 pm presale

  8 hour volunteer:  5:30 pm presale
  4 hour volunteer:  6:00 pm presale

Consignors:  Sign up to volunteer a 4 hour shift and make 70% (vs 65%) on your sold items!!!

Please no husbands, friends, or children allowed at the volunteer presale, only one person per pass.   

Volunteer Opportunities

Please bring any food or drink that you will need during your shift.  Don't forget to wear comfortable shoes! 

Choose a 4, 8 or 12 hour block of time that you can help with the sale.  (You can work even more if your schedule allows!)  Can't work a straight shift?  You can work mulitple shifts!  See Sign-up below!

Thursday, September 17th - Set-Up and Drop Off
10am-2pm-(CLOSED),  3pm-7pm,  4:30pm-8:30pm 

Strong moms and dads needed to help set-up racks (10am-noon could be finished sooner).  Earn a 8 hr presale pass! You could also volunteer yourself or your husband to do set-up and break-down of racks and earn an 12hr presale pass.    (CLOSED)

Friday, September 18th - Drop off and Presales
9am-1pm,  10am-2pm,  3pm-7pm,  6pm-10pm   

Saturday, September 19th - Open to the Public
8am-12noon, 9am-1pm, 12noon-4pm, 3pm-7pm

Sunday, September 20th - 1/2 Price Day - Open to the Public
9am-1pm, 11am-3pm, 2:30pm-6:30pm-(CLOSED)
3-7pm-(CLOSED)

Strong moms and dads needed to help break down racks(5:15pm-7:15pm could be finished sooner).  Earn a 8 hr presale pass! You could also volunteer yourself or your husband to do set-up and break-down of racks and earn an 12 hr presale pass.-----(CLOSED)

VOLUNTEER SIGN-UPS

Click here to sign up for a volunteer opportunity. (the email will go to Amy Harris, volunteer coordinator)  Please note which shift  you wish to sign up for and specify if you would like to be contacted via phone or email!  You will need to pick up your presale pass at drop-off.  If you are not consigning and unable to pick up your pass, please let Amy know so other arrangements can be made.
