Family:
I have been married to Corey my high school sweetheart for 9 years.  We have a 4 year old daughter named Paige and are expecting our second daughter (Claire) in February 2009.

Why JBF?

I fully believe in the concept.  I love being able to provide an outlet for the Northland to buy new and gently used items for their families while profiting from the items that they sell.  The bargains are amazing and I love the deals I'm able to find for my family at a fraction of the cost.

My interests:

I love spending time with my family.  I have always been a family oriented person and love spending quality time with them.  I enjoy shopping (what girl doesn't?) and scrapbooking when I have time.  Finally, I like to plan events like the JBF sales, birthday parties, family events, etc.  JBF is the pefect fit for my interests!

My Experience:
While in high school, I worked for the Independence Missouri School District's before and after school program.  During college, I was an assistant director for the Blue Spring's Missouri School District's before and after school program.  I gained a lot of experience during my 8 year tenure with these two districts and was blessed to develop relationships with people that are still my good friends today.  After receiving my Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree from the University of Missouri Kansas City, I went to work as an account manager for Educational Products, Inc.  EPI is the innovators of prepackaged school supplies and we also provide custom spirit wear and fundraising for elementary, junior and senior high schools nation wide.

My JBF goals:
Since the concept is still pretty new to the Northland, I want to continue to educate and introduce JBF to people around the area.  My goal is to give consignors, volunteers and shoppers such a great experience that JBF Northland is one of the most anticipated events in the community.
