PLEASE NOTE: Consignors will need to bring their items through the garage door in the back of the Expo Center. Once you arrive you will need to follow the road that takes you behind the Holiday Inn. This will lead you to the back of the Expo Center. There will be some consignor drop-off signs along that road to help lead you to the drop-off site!
Before you arrive: - It may be helpful to have something to pile your clothing/items onto such as a laundry basket, box, a wagon or something that makes unloading your car easier.
- Please bring your items sorted by gender and then by size (ie. group girls clothing together starting at smallest and ending at largest)
- Please bring a stamped, self addressed envelope size #10(business letter size) for your check to be mailed to you. Checks will be mailed within two weeks of the end of the sale. We will deduct your $10 consignor fee and 35% selling fee from your check. Please put your consignor # in the BOTTOM LEFT CORNER of the envelope. If you forget an envelope, we will have them to purchase for $1.00.
- Double check all tags for accuracy. We will not be responsible for mistagged, mispriced items, or items without tags. These are your items and ultimately your money; please follow the pricing guidelines completely.

Once You Arrive:
Please allow 30-40 minutes for drop-off. In order to maintain high standard of quality merchandise, ALL ITEMS will be inspected.
- You will be asked to fill out a consignor waiver if you did not already print one out and bring it with you.
- If bringing a car seat, you will need to fill out a waiver if you did not already print one out and bring it with you.
- Give your self addressed envelope to the volunteer
- Step in line for the next available volunteer to inspect your items. They will be checking for correctly written, pinned and placed tags and also making sure that there are no stains, missing buttons, broken zippers and that the items are not too warn, and that 2 peice sets are hung correctly.
(Please do not be offended if an item is given back to you, we want to insure the highest quality possible for the sale) - After your items have been inspected you will need to place them in the proper locations on the sales floor( ie. racks will say "Girls 2T", "Boys 6 months" other locations will be assigned for videos, etc) This part does not take long if you have pre-sorted your items by gender and size.
If you are volunteering, you will want to pick-up your presale pass at the check-in table. REMEMBER VOLUNTEERS SHOP FIRST!!!

This is for consignors who have already dropped off items on either 9/17 or 9/18 and have completed the required paperwork at the orginal drop-off. If you've found more items (or got more tagged) to add to the sale, you may bring them during this time on Saturday.
This will give our consignors an opportunity to sell more items and shoppers additional selection on our public days! Everything will go through the same inspection process as the orginal drop-off. (We will be using the same drop-off location as we did earlier in the week) No appointment is necessary.
Pick-up:
Sunday, September 20th, 2009 6pm-7pm
Please Read!!! If you are unable to pick-up your unsold items please make arrangements with someone to pick them up for you. Please note this on your consignor waiver.
Items not picked up between 6:00-7:00pm will be donated to Synergy Services. The donation truck will be loaded and no entrance will be given to anyone who is late. We're sorry but we must vacate the building at our scheduled time and it is not possible to take items home with us. |
